Your First Appointment
Please arrive to our office at least 10 minutes early to complete your necessary paperwork. Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID with your current address. Typical first appointment can lasts between 30 minutes to 1 hour. We appreciate your cooperation, and look forward to provide the best experience if you have never been to a Chiropractor before.
